Each panel has a microscopically smooth, non porous surface that resists bacteria, chemicals, and all standard hospital disinfectants, ensuring long term durability and the highest levels of sterility.
Key Features & Capabilities
Panels can be produced in a variety of materials and finishes to meet project requirements. Installed with 6 mm modular joints, each panel can be removed and reassembled individually, allowing for easy upgrades, repairs, or system changes with minimal disruption. This reduces operating room downtime and keeps projects moving efficiently.
For specialized needs, our systems can incorporate fire protection, sound control, and x-ray shielding. Panels are 20 mm thick, available up to 10.5 feet high and 4 feet wide, and are designed to meet the stringent standards of Oprerating rooms to BSL 3 laboratories.
About our impact walls
Our impact wall panels are ideal for wall protection systems and full height wall cladding in corridors and support areas where hygiene requirements are less stringent than in operating rooms. Each panel is built from a non flammable fiber cement core with a durable surface coating, such as ceramic, for long lasting performance and protection.
With a wide range of colors and the option to print custom images, these panels create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere while still delivering the strength and resilience healthcare spaces demand. Fire protection, sound control, and x ray shielding can be integrated as needed. Panels are securely fastened using aluminum profiles, ensuring stability and reliability over time.
