Acoustical Ceiling Design

Our airtight acoustic ceiling system is designed to deliver both sound control and air containment — making it ideal for environments where low air permeability is critical. After installation, joints are carefully sealed to prevent air leakage and maintain room integrity.

The ceiling achieves excellent acoustic performance across the 500–2000 Hz frequency range thanks to its integrated acoustic fleece, precision-bonded steel cassette, and internal insulation. This design minimizes reverberation, improves speech clarity, and enhances focus in demanding healthcare spaces.

Constructed from galvanized sheet steel with a clean white finish (RAL 9016 equivalent), the ceiling panels integrate seamlessly with our modular wall system and ceiling fixtures. Each panel can be removed individually, providing quick access to HVAC, electrical, and medical gas systems.
