Renovation Technician - Healthcare
Job Summary
As a Healthcare Renovation Technician, you will be responsible for the demolition, renovation, and installation of various OEM client products within different healthcare environments. These environments include operating rooms, emergency rooms, and ICU spaces. This full-time role involves 100% travel.

This position requires 100% travel. It often involves working on days, weekends, and nights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness consistently.
-Identify and address hazardous materials appropriately.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform physical labor as required.
-Organize and manage building materials efficiently.
-Operate power tools (e.g., drills, saws) and hand tools (e.g., hammers, screwdrivers, hand saws) safely and correctly.
- Prepare daily construction reports accurately.
-Manage quality assurance processes effectively.
-Execute demolition and renovation tasks across various trades, including carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical work.
-Undertake additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Prior experience in demolition work is a plus.
-A solid understanding of structural installations and the ability to complete them independently.
-At least three years of experience in one or more of the following trades, with a working knowledge of the others: carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical systems.
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and exhibit strong leadership skills. OSHA 10 Certification is preferred.
-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and leading smaller projects or teams when needed. Must have basic hand tools required for the job.
-Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for interaction with coworkers and clients.
-Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
